PENALTY, SHARKS, ZEILINGA! 32-10. Zeilinga adds the final nail in the visitors' coffin after another Waratahs infringement at a ruck. That's also the last act of this game and the Sharks are deserved winners. The Waratahs will have to go back to the drawing board as they conceded way too much penalties.
CONVERSION, WARATAHS, FOLEY. 29-10. Foley slots the easy two-pointer to narrow the gap to 19 points.
TRY, WARATAHS, FOLEY! 29-8. Pat McCutcheon makes a break and is soon in the clear inside the Sharks' 22! He draws in the final defender before offloading to Foley who scores under the posts!
The Waratahs take the ball through several phases as they go in search of a consolation try. It all comes to nothing though when Kane Douglas knocks on after taking a big hit from Alberts.
CONVERSION, SHARKS, ZEILINGA! 29-3. Zeilinga slots the conversion to extend the home side's lead.
TRY, SHARKS, DANIEL! 27-3. The sharks are awarded a penalty, after the 'Tahs' collapse a scrum, and Keegan Daniel plays quickly before barging over the line!
The sharks try to launch another drive, at a line-out on the Waratahs' five-metre line, but Will Skelton does well to halt their momentum and when the maul becomes static the visitors are awarded the put-in to the scrum.
Steyn is penalised for a high tackle on Ashley-Cooper. Foley kicks for touch and puts the ball out five metres inside the Sharks' half.
PENALTY, SHARKS, ZEILINGA! 22-3. Zeilinga adds another three-pointer after Michael Hooper strays offside on defence.
Paddy Ryan is penalised for a scrum infringement. Zeilinga puts the resulting penalty into touch 10 metres from the 'Tahs' 22-metre line.
Mvovo takes the outside gap, just outside the Waratahs' 22, and throws an inside pass to Ndungane, who knocks on!
Ndungane puts in a big hit on Horne! The ball spills backwards and S'bura Sithole tries to gather but knocks on!
Bismarck du Plessis is caught offside and Foley puts the resulting penalty into touch inside the hosts' 22.

YELLOW CARD, WARATAHS, DENNIS! Dave Dennis is sent to the sin bin or a push off-the-ball on Bismarck du Plessis.
The Sharks are on the attack but can't breach the advantage line. The Waratahs' line speed on defence is very quick and the hosts are left frustrated on several occasions when they have ball in hand.
Steyn steps up for another shot at goal, from about 51 metres out, after Foley is pinged for holding onto the ball on the ground. This time his effort is just wide of the cross-bar.
Foley gets the second half underway with a short, hanging kick which Bismarck du Plessis gathers just beyond his 10-metre line.

Potgieter knocks on a pass from Foley and Mvovo tries to gather but also knocks on. The referee blows his whistle to indicate half-time and the players head into the sheds. It''s been an even contest but the hosts are in front due to excellent goal-kicking from Zeilinga and Steyn. Foley has missed a couple of kicks which could be crucial at the end.
Deysel is penalised for a ruck infringement, inside the Sharks'' half, but Foley''s pushes the spot-kick wide of the uprights.
PENALTY, SHARKS, STEYN! 12-3. Steyn lands a monster penalty from five metres inside his half to push the hosts further in front! What a kick!
Ashley-Cooper is pinged for tackling Mvovo in the air. Zeilinga kicks the resulting penalty for touch and puts the ball out 10 metres outside the 'Tahs' 22.
The Sharks take the ball through six phases but lose possession when Ndungane knocks on after taking a big hit from Horne on the halfway line.
Foley gets a chance to reduces the deficit to three points, after Stephan Lewies is pinged for not rolling away after making a tackle. His effort is just wide of the target, however.
Beast Mtawarira takes the ball into contact but knocks on. Foley gathers and boots the ball upfield where JP Pietersen gathers just in front of his try-line. He kicks for touch but wins little ground and the Waratahs can attack off the line-out inside the Sharks' 22.
Steyn is penalised for tackling Kurtley Beale off the ball. Foley puts the ball into touch on the Sharks' 22-metre line.
PENALTY, SHARKS, ZEILINGA! 9-3. Zeilinga slots another place-kick after Sekope Kepu is pinged for dropping his bind at a scrum.
The Waratahs are under the cosh at a scrum on their five-metre line. The eventually capitulate under the pressure and concede a penalty.
PENALTY, SHARKS, ZEILINGA! 6-3. Zeilinga adds another three-pointer after Horne is penalised for a swinging arm to the face of Steyn. Horne is lucky not to have been yellow carded especially as the referee asked the TMO to make a call on that foul.
Lwazi Mvovo takes the ball up but Ashley-Cooper does well to rip the ball from his grasp in the tackle. The ball is recycled and when it comes out to Foley, he puts it into touch on his 10-metre line.
The Sharks are on the attack inside the Waratahs' 22 but they can't break down the visitors' defence. Jean Deysel carries storngly and offloads but Rob Horne intercepts and goes to ground.
PENALTY, SHARKS, ZEILINGA. 3-3. Fred Zeilinga draws the hosts level after Jacques Potgieter is penalised for side entry at a ruck.
The Sharks attack with their back, just outside the Waratahs' 22. The ball goes out wide to Odwa Ndungane, who does well to hold onto the ball after taking a big hit from Adam Ashley-Cooper!

Charl McLeod is penalised for a high tackle on Wycliff Palu. Bernard Foley puts the penalty kick into touch on the halfway line.
And we're off! Fred Zeilinga gets the game underway and his kick is gathered by Kane Douglas, who sets up a ruck 20 metres outside his 22.
The Sharks have named Fred Zeilinga at fly-half while Lwazi Mvovo is full-back for this clash. Zeilinga comes in for the injured Pat Lambie while Mvovo gets the nod over SP Marais at the back, with Odwa Ndungane on the right wing. There is also an enforced change at scrum-half where Charl McLeod replaces the injured Cobus Reinach while Willem Alberts moves to lock.
Waratahs coach Michael Cheika has made six changes to his starting XV. New to the 'Tahs this year, Jonno Lance, will make his debut in the light blue number 15 jersey, deputising for the injured Israel Folau. In the forwards Benn Robinson is back at loosehead prop in place of Paddy Ryan, while Wycliff Palu will make his Waratahs century when he runs on at number eight. Jacques Potgieter moves from flanker to lock, where he lines up alongside Kane Douglas, forcing Will Skelton to the bench. Number eight last week, skipper Dave Dennis will start at blindside flanker, with Michael Hooper retained at openside. Rob Horne is selected to start for the first time this season, in place of the fast feet of left wing Alofa Alofa.
