PENALTY, SHARKS, SWIEL. 12-24. The Sharks get a gift to end the half as the ref marches the Highlanders back an extra 10m for throwing the ball away. It brings the penalty within Swiel''s range and he obliges. That''s half time, we''ll be back in 10.
The Sharks win the ball back at the line-out but Cooper gives it away by throwing an unnecessary offload. The Sharks need to go back to basics.
Mvovo breaks down the touchline but is isolated as Dixon goes for the ball and wins the penalty. The half will end with the Highlanders on the attack.
It's all going wrong here for the home side, who look shell-shocked. Steyn spills a ball in contact on the Highlanders 22 and Fekitoa can clear.

TRY, HIGHLANDERS, A. SMITH. 9-15. Great try from the visitors! Smith scores under the sticks after a clever switch move and a charge from Treeby. Wheeler goes close to open the gap for Smith to score untouched.
The Highlanders looking dangerous as they throw the ball around. Styen sticks out a hand to knock it down as Buckman goes close. 5m scrum to the visitors.
Patrick Osborne is taken off with what looks like a bad ankle injury. Trent Renata comes on. Jannie du Plessis passed his earlier concussion test and is back on.
The Highlanders throwing it around but they're losing ground due to some poor execution of their passes. Fekitoa makes some ground but Patrick Osborne is pulled down on the touchline.
PENALTY, SHARKS, SWIEL. 9-10. Frans Steyn thumps a long-range drop wide but it doesn't matter as the ref brings play back for an offside penalty, which Swiel slots with ease.

TRY, HIGHLANDERS, BUCKMAN. 6-8. The Sharks defence is disorganised after Alberts fails to find touch with an optimistic kick. Shaun Treeby kicks cross-field into space for Richard Buckman to chase and the wing easily wins the race to score!
PENALTY, SHARKS, SWIEL. 3-0. Easy three points for the home fly-half after Nasi Manu is penalised for a side entry at a ruck.
Bad news for the Sharks as Jannie du Plessis is forced off with a neck injury.

Sharks boss Jake White has been forced to make changes to his back-line due to injuries. S'bura Sithole moves to wing and Paul Jordaan makes a return to his position at outside centre. The good news is that JP Pietersen has recovered after missing out last week after pulling up in training and he will play on the other wing.
